Oral lesion in Ulcerative coli
A 30 year old women has been following my clinic for several years and is known to have chronic ulcerative colitis involving left colon of moderately severe activity. She is well controlled with oral steroids, azathiopurine and mesalamine. For several weeks she had been complaining of pain and burning sensation in mouth. A photograph of the mouth was taken to depict the abnormal findings.
